This page describes what happens to the data you send us through this site. It is written to be read, not signed — if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), the interest you select and your message. We also record the date and time of the submission and the language the form was in, so we can reply in the same one.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and carry the commercial conversation it starts. Nothing else. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not enrich it against other databases, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Nobody. The site runs on São Tomás’s own server, and your message stays there. If we ever use a third-party service to deliver the notification by email, it will process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else — and this page will say which one.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial conversation is alive, and after that for as long as legal obligations require. Then we delete it.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD you may request access, correction, portability, anonymisation or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to our contact address; we reply within one business day.
