MapsAI
Ask your map. In your language.
Advanced spatial analysis in plain language, over the data your operation already has.
Platforms
MapsAI is São Tomás’s geospatial AI agent. It works in natural language — Portuguese, English or Spanish — producing advanced spatial analysis: concentration maps, data clusters, aggregation maps, thematic maps and spatial filters, over the maps and layers the client already maintains (ArcGIS, satellite imagery, technical registries). And it answers in the same chat, statistically, quantitatively and qualitatively.

Three commands, from data to decision map
1
Select
“Select the networks with the highest loss potential and diameter over 150 mm.”
2
Delimit
“Buffer 500 metres.”
3
Aggregate
“Select the industrial connections inside the buffer and generate an aggregation map.”

What MapsAI delivers
Natural-language geo-queries
Natural-language questions — Portuguese, English or Spanish — become maps, filters, selections and spatial analyses over the client’s real data.
Spatial analysis by command
Buffers, layer intersections, attribute filters, heat maps, thematic and aggregation maps — all by conversation, including chained sequences.
Criticality ranking
Prioritising segments and assets by combining technical registry attributes such as material, age and network saturation, to guide contracts, works and investment.
Intervention impact analysis
Before the work starts, the map shows who will be affected: which industries, hospitals and schools fall inside each intervention’s area of influence.
Works with your existing GIS
Runs on ArcGIS and the georeferenced bases the client already maintains, with no migration.
Runs inside your perimeter
It is the only one of our products that runs on-premise. When the data cannot leave the building — by contract, by regulation or by security policy — MapsAI goes to it instead of demanding the opposite.
Outputs for other systems
Maps and layers as a service (Maps as a Service), ready to feed dashboards, field applications and AI agents.
What comes out at the end
The works prioritisation map, with the economic and social impact of each segment — without a line of code and without opening the GIS.
Who it is for
Water and sanitation, territorial management, education and infrastructure — and as the geospatial layer behind Risk360 and Climate Edge.
The rest of the suite
Risk360
From storm nowcasting to the six-month trend: risk on every critical asset, action prioritised in the right windows, and response sustained through the crisis.
ExploreClimate Edge
Climate scenarios translated into physical risk on each asset — to decide where to invest, what to reinforce and what inaction will cost, with documented methodology and stated uncertainty.
ExploreWeather Trends
Three horizons under one contract: the storm minute by minute, the ten days on grids down to 2 km, and the anomaly for the next six months.
ExploreWildfire Sentinel
Detection, risk and spread cross-referenced against your registry: the alarm carries the asset name, the distance in metres and an estimate of the hours until the fire reaches it.
ExploreBring us your challenge
If it involves climate, territory and data, it is our ground. The conversation starts from a real slice of your operation — not from a deck.
